The Kingdom Legislators Network (KLN)

The Kingdom Legislators Network (KLN) is a transnational kingdom governance and intercessory ministry established to advance God’s rule in the earth through apostolic and prophetic intercessory—the lawful alignment of heavenly authority and earthly obedience for the preservation, reconfiguration, and transformation of men and territories (Isaiah 9:6- 8, Matt. 6:10, 16:19, Ezek. 22:30).

Who We Are

We are a company of apostolic and prophetic believers drawn together by divine summons and converged in what we describe as the Garrison of the Holy Spirit—a place of formation, discipline, and alignment where God forges men and women for kingdom governance. The End time army is shaping out, the eminent conscription of ‘a people’ that are fearless, uncompromising, robustly consecrated, battle ready and divinely aligned are being raised.

They heed the clarion call of God to the end His government be established in the earth. The arrival of these valiant soldiers will reinforce the holiness trumpeting voice of the Church, power her pulpits and strengthen her invasive mandate to evangelize the world, making disciples (kingdom legislators) of all nations until the glorious second coming of our LORD JESUS the CHRIST.

Integral part of this army is Kingdom Legislators; men of fire, true power and authority who are not united by denomination, geography, or race, but by a shared call to extend the government of Christ in the earth through lawful intercession, spiritual intelligence, and strategic alignment with the throne of God.

We are the witnesses of the extension of the increase of the government of the CHRIST, HIS earthly courthouse.

A Garrison, not a Gathering

KLN is a garrison—a place where believers are trained, ordered, and deployed—not merely a gathering for inspiration. Within this environment, lives are refined, discernment is sharpened, and authority is clarified. Here, the Holy Spirit forms believers into kingdom legislators, activating and commanding their kingship scepters to bring the government of God and entrusting them with oversight responsibility rather than visibility.

We believe governance precedes manifestation, and that sustained transformation in territories requires men and women who understand how heaven governs earth.

At the Garrison, we labour alongside the Holy Spirit to:

(i) lit territories with light according to the divine counsels of God and,
(ii) lit men with fire transforming them into men of stature who legislate in the spirit ensuring that God’s presence, power, and authority are not only experienced personally, but embedded within the spiritual, cultural, and governmental systems that shape societies and determine territorial destinies.

A global network of Spirit-empowered men of stature and kingdom legislators; priests and kings forged to heed God’s sovereign clarion call, empower churches, and transform territories through prayer, intercession, and spiritual governance.

Our Mission

We establish strategic intercessory altars as watchtowers and powerhouses—raising men of stature, sustaining pulpits, and empowering apostolic, prophetic, and evangelistic missions; while legislating in the spirit to align churches, territories, and nations with God’s righteousness and justice.
